What is PostAnywhere?
PostAnywhere is a social media posting tool designed for solopreneurs and small businesses. It allows you to post to multiple platforms—Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, YouTube, X, LinkedIn, Pinterest, and Threads—all from one simple interface with just one tap.
Which social media platforms are supported?
We currently support Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, YouTube, X (formerly Twitter), LinkedIn, Pinterest, and Threads. You can post to all eight platforms simultaneously or select specific ones for each post.
How does AI caption generation work?
Our AI analyzes your media content and generates engaging, platform-optimized captions. Simply upload your image or video, and our AI will suggest captions tailored to each platform's best practices and character limits.
What plans do you offer?
We offer three plans: Starter (free forever with 10 one-time post credits), Creator ($12/month or $9/month billed yearly with 40 credits per month), and Pro ($23/month or $18/month billed yearly with 100 credits per month, coming soon).
What's the Starter plan?
The Starter plan is completely free and includes 10 one-time post credits that never expire. These credits are yours to keep forever—there's no time limit or trial period. Once you've used your credits, you can upgrade to Creator or Pro for monthly credits.
What's the difference between the Starter and Creator plans?
The Starter plan is free forever with 10 one-time credits. The Creator plan ($12/month or $9/month yearly) includes 40 credits per month that renew each billing cycle, plus additional features like unlimited scheduled posts, unlimited saved posts, and advanced AI captions.
Can I schedule posts in advance?
Post scheduling is available on our Creator plan and above. With scheduling, you can plan your content calendar and have posts automatically published at your specified times.
How do I connect my social media accounts?
After signing up, go to your "Profile" menu and click 'Connected Accounts.' From there, you can authenticate each platform by logging into your social media accounts. We use secure OAuth connections and never store your passwords.
Is my data secure?
Absolutely. We use industry-standard encryption for all data transmission and storage. We never store your social media passwords—instead, we use secure OAuth tokens provided by each platform. See our Security page for more details.
Can I post different content to different platforms?
Currently, PostAnywhere is optimized for posting the same content across multiple platforms simultaneously. This is by design—our focus is on making multi-platform posting as fast and simple as possible.
What media formats are supported?
We support images (JPG, PNG, WebP), videos (MP4, MOV), and carousels. File size limits vary by platform, and we'll notify you if any content exceeds a platform's requirements.
How do I cancel my subscription?
You can cancel your subscription at any time from your Profile Settings under the Billing section. For monthly plans, your access continues until the end of your billing period. For yearly plans, you'll receive a prorated refund for unused full months, processed at the end of the current month.
What happens if my payment fails?
If your payment fails, we'll automatically retry it up to 8 times over a 14-day grace period. Your subscription remains fully active during this time. We'll send you email reminders during the last 3 days before cancellation. If payment continues to fail after 14 days, your subscription will be cancelled and you'll be moved to the free Starter plan. Your existing credits will be preserved. You can update your payment method anytime in your Profile Settings to restore your subscription.
Do you offer refunds?
Yes & No! Monthly subscribers keep access until their billing period ends—no refunds are issued since you've already paid for that period. Yearly subscribers who cancel receive a prorated refund for any unused full months remaining in their subscription, processed at end of their current billing cycle.
Can I switch between monthly and yearly billing?
Yes! You can switch billing periods anytime. Switching to yearly saves you 30%. When switching from monthly to yearly (upgrade), you're charged the prorated difference for the remaining billing period. When switching from yearly to monthly (downgrade), you keep yearly benefits until period end, then switch to monthly billing.
What happens if I upgrade my plan?
When you upgrade (e.g., Starter to Creator, Creator to Pro, or monthly to yearly), the change is immediate. You're charged the prorated difference for the remaining billing period, and your new credits are added right away. Any existing credits you have are preserved—we never remove credits you've already earned.
What happens if I downgrade my plan?
All downgrades default to the free Starter plan. You keep your current plan benefits until the end of your billing period, then automatically switch to Starter. Any unused credits are preserved—we never take away credits you've already earned.
What happens to my credits if I cancel or downgrade?
Your credits are always preserved. When you cancel or downgrade, you default to the free Starter plan. Any unused credits remain in your account and never expire. We never remove credits you've already earned—they're yours to keep and use whenever you're ready.
Can I delete my account and data?
Yes. You can delete your account at any time from your Profile Settings. This will permanently remove your account, all connected social accounts, post history, and personal data from our servers. This action cannot be undone.
